🧠 Introducing the Planning Agent: Your Prompt is the Command Center!

This is the core of v10! Forget needing to know which specific button to press for your task.

• Intelligent Planning: Simply describe what you want to achieve in the prompt box. Our new Planning Agent analyzes your request, plans the necessary steps, and orchestrates the underlying actions (Act, Crawl, Extract, etc.) automatically.

• One Button to Rule Them All: With the planner handling the "how," we've removed the specific action buttons. Just type your goal and hit the orange Send button!

• Planner Followup: The planning agent will prompt followup input fields if it needs any further details to orchestrate.

• Our Vision Realized: From the start, our goal was to perfect the underlying automation building blocks and then layer an intelligent planner on top to abstract away the complexity. We're now confident in both the planner's capabilities and the reliability of the actions it calls to release!

• Power User Bypass (Optional): Still want direct control? You can skip the planning step and call actions directly using commands like @act(prompt=”follow rtrvr on LinkedIn”), @extract(), or @crawl() in your prompt.

✨ Radically Simplified & Unified UI ✨

The Planning Agent enables a dramatically cleaner and more focused experience:

• No More Panels: We've removed the separate "Across Tabs" and "Sheets Flows" panels. Everything is managed through the main prompt interface and intuitive icons/dropdowns.

• Seamless Tab Selection: Need to act on multiple tabs? Simply click the "Action Tabs" button to toggle between interacting with your current active tab or selecting multiple tabs for the agent to act upon.

• Simplified Sheets Workflows: Interacting with Sheets is now effortless:

  1. Simply open rtrvr on the sheet you want it to process or select the sheet that’s already opened in Action Tabs or

  2. Click the Drive+ icon within Chat input.

  3. Select your Sheet(s) using the Google Drive Picker.

  4. The Sheet(s) will open as new tabs and be automatically added to your selected tabs context.

  5. Now, just prompt naturally! E.g., "Open the 'company url' column as new tabs and extract founders and strategy". The planner figures out the rest. If the planner needs more info from you, it will ask you for relevant fields before kickstarting the workflow.

• New Management Dropdowns: Access Recordings, Tools (Functions), Task History, and Schedules via new, clean dropdown menus, each linking to a dedicated extension page for detailed viewing and management.

• Direct Billing Access: Click the Credits icon to easily view your balance, get more credits, or manage your subscription.

• Chat Library: Hover on the left edge of the extension to open up the chat library and maintain siloed chat contexts. Similar to how you keep separate ChatGPT chats to not confuse the model, create new chats for new task goals and cleared context.
